Who we are
Leaf is a product of Zerava Technologies Inc., a company based in Canada. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you fill in one of our forms, for example on Facebook or Instagram.
What we collect
- The details you type into the form: usually your name, phone number, email address and business name.
- Your answers to any questions on the form.
- Whether you agreed to be contacted, and when.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and to tell you about Leaf. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Who else handles it
- Meta, which runs the form you filled in.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts our systems in its Canada (Central) region.
- Twilio, which delivers our text messages.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of your consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you.
- Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent.
When Leaf works for another business
Leaf also runs ads for its clients, such as clinics. If you fill in a form in a client's ad, that business decides how your information is used, and its own privacy policy applies. Zerava handles the information only on that business's behalf.
